I was with Global Youth for three amazing and fun filled years where I worked in different teams, under really great seniors and held various Positions of Responsibilities. I recommend this organisation to all those young people who want to become future decision makers as it prepares you for leadership. I guarantee that you will graduate from here a changed person who has acquired not only knowledge but also soft skills needed to make it in the world. Joining Global Youth was one of the best decisions I had made.
Working with global youth has been the opportunity to develop my diplomacy skills meanwhile interacting with people from other cultures. I have learned how to listen to someone else's point of view. Working with people can be stressful sometimes but it has its payoff and you get to feel proud when things get right.
The exposure and ability to connect with different people with various interests and aims, and yet sharing the same vision and ideas, has indeed been empowering. Every step-in global youth has taught us, as a team more about each other and ourselves. I thank global youth for giving me this opportunity.
